Re-opening its doors on Monday 17th December!

Every year, the children are given their very own magical shopping experience in an enchanted grotto. They get the chance to shop by themselves and choose beautiful gifts for the special people in their lives: parents, grandparents, uncles, aunties, siblings and family friends…there will be something for everyone. The children love carefully selecting their presents, keeping them as a surprise, and then giving them at Christmas.

Once again, we have a brand new collection of good quality gifts for the children to choose from. And, because the children have been learning about plastic pollution, we have tried hard to avoid plastic wherever possible.

Gifts are priced at just £2 each and will be wrapped and labelled, so your children's purchases can remain a secret until Christmas Day, but we promise you won't be disappointed!

The Christmas Shhh...op has attracted local support again this year, which means a lot more of the money raised will go towards educational extras that otherwise the school would not be able to afford. We would like to thank: The Potting Shed, Wilton Wholefoods, Mail and Print, Neal’s Yard Remedies, and Sarunds for their help.

To ensure your children get the most out of this unique and special Christmas experience, we ask that you help them think about who they might want to buy gifts for and make sure that they have the funds to buy their presents in a labelled purse. To help, a shopping list is attached to the letter sent out in book bags.

Don't forget, just £10 will buy 5 gorgeous gifts!

Second-hand Uniform

Thank you for your second-hand uniform donations.  We sell all second-hand uniform that carries the Semley School emblem (sweatshirts, PE t-shirts, caps, fleeces), summer dresses and school ties. Due to storage space restrictions we are unable to sell or accept donations of grey skirts/trousers etc. or white shirts.

Please hand donations to the school office, and if you have any uniform requirements the school office will pass your request on to FOSS.

Textile Recycling

Don't forget - any unwanted clothing can be placed in the Textile Recycling Bin next to the big gate, and all the funds go towards the school.

FOSS Parent Contact List

The FOSS Parent Contact List was emailed to parents in October.  (This list is made available by FOSS so that parents can contact one another about school related matters). If you didn't receive a copy or would like to amend your details, please fill out a form available from the office, and leave it in the FOSS box in reception.
