Each year the governors agree a school development plan.
A range of evidence is considered in order to set priorities for action for the academic year. This evidence includes performance data such as teacher assessment and SATs results, the school's own evaluation of its strengths and weaknesses, parent opinion (through the annual parent questionnaire and Parent Forum feedback) and pupil voice (such as pupil interviews and school council feedback).
These actions are then set out in detail, and monitored throughout the year by the governors.
