Welcome to Wrens!

We have a lot of fun learning in Wrens class.

We all enjoy exploring our classroom and outside area.

We will keep this webpage updated regularly so you can see what we have been up to!

Welcome back! We hope you all had a lovely half term holiday. Here is the topic map and class letter for Term 2

Phonics so far! We have just finished phase 2 (mainly single letter sounds). Do follow the web link for some fun sheets with the picture, song and some words to read for each letter learnt. Don't forget we use the Jolly Phonics actions (see attached) not the action on the sheet. .

We found lots of interesting things on our Autumn Walk.

We have been thinking about weight this week and made some balance cakes. We made the scales balance with flour, then sugar and then butter all against the weight of an egg!

We ran a marathon to support Mrs Rumney. Good luck this weekend in the London Marathon this weekend Mrs Rumney!
